Operation Officer | Associate

Requirements:

Secondary education with relevant experience

Cheerful & willing to work as a team

Minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience

Hands on PC knowledge with good numeric sense

Well organized, motivated and attentive to details

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, self-initiative

Experience in customer service is an advantage

Immediate availability preferred

 

Responsibilities:

 

Support daily process of sales

Support general operations and perform a variety of clerical duties

Assist sales and marketing / customer service team in handling operation

Assist in preparation of sales kit and supporting material for sales / customer service team

Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned
