Degree holder with 5 years’ experience in consumer banking at executive level, preferably with 3 years’ in sales management experience and 2 years’ in branch operation.
Solid understanding and hands on experience in Consumer Finance, Mortgage Operations and processes.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Lead and drive sales performance to improve branch overall business objectives and sales results.
Conduct business planning to identify / maximize branch specific opportunities, introduce new sales initiatives to boost branch performance.
Prioritize branch staff’s sales activities, conduct regular review meetings to maximize sales capacity and effectiveness.
Act as role model, communicate through effective briefings / meetings, give on-going coaching & support timely for staff development and career advancement.
Supervise day-to-day sales activities, ensure all branch staff fully comply with the regulatory requirements and guidelines, adhere all internal policies and procedures.
Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to manage service quality, efficiency of sales and customer service staff.
Review customer feedback & market situation, make recommendations to the District Head proactively.
