Requirements:
University graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant working experience from bank / financial institutions; preferably with customer services field
Knowledge in Mortgage, Personal Loan and operations is an advantage
Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills with various levels/parties
Immediate availability preferred
Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquirers, accounts follow-up
Seek out new opportunities for online marketing campaigns
Build relationships and maintain constant contacts with clients and partners
Perform regular review and streamline the routine procedures and recommend improvement on systems and workflow
Monitor CSR performance
Review and handle customer complaint that request either by phone, mail, email or fax
